What’s included in the monthly pricing?

The monthly plan (Starter $97 / Support $297 /Pro $797) covers your S.C.A.L.E. and platform access. Features vary by tier - see the plan comparison above. Your VA's weekly salary is billed separately and only starts once your VA goes live. SMS and email usage is billed at standard carrier rates on top of the plan fee.

Do I get a Virtual Assistant right away?

Here's the exact timeline: You sign up today. Your account is built within 24 hours. You have your onboarding call during the 7-day trial. On Day 8, our recruitment team begins searching for your VA using the preferences you submitted. Most clients receive their shortlist of 2-3 candidates within 7-10 business days of Day 8. You pick your VA, we do a 3-way handoff call, and your VA starts. For specialized niches this can take up to 4-6 weeks.

What is the $500 fee cover?

The $500 is a one-time setup and Virtual Assistant placement fee. It covers two things: (1) building and configuring your S.C.A.L.E. account - done by our tech team before your onboarding call, (2) recruiting, screening, and matching you with a dedicated Virtual Assistant trained specifically for your business. This work begins on Day 8, after your trial.

When does my monthly billing start?

Your 7-day free trial begins at signup. Once the trial ends, your monthly software billing automatically starts at the plan you selected.

How do I know if S.C.A.L.E.™ is right for my business?

What kind of support do you provide?

Every customer gets a 1-on-1 onboarding call, access to a training library, and monthly live training sessions for your Virtual Assistant. Your VA will also handle most of the day-to-day setup and tech for you, and our team is available if you ever need extra support.

What if I only need a Virtual Assistant without the software?

No problem! You can hire a VA directly through our I Need A VA service. Visit www.ineedava.com to get started.

What if I don't want the CRM after the trial. Do I still get a Virtual Assistant?

Yes. Our core service is Virtual Assistant placement. The CRM system is an included bonus. If you decide the monthly CRM plan isn't for you after the trial, your Virtual Assistant recruitment still begins on Day 8. Once your VA is placed, you pay their weekly salary directly. Your CRM access pauses, but your VA keeps working. If you want to reactivate your CRM later, there's no additional $500 fee, you already paid it.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The monthly CRM plan can be cancelled at any time. You keep access until the end of your current billing period and won't be charged again. Your VA arrangement is governed separately by your service agreement. The $500 setup fee is non-refundable after 72 hours from signup.

Refunds

Due to the availability of the free trial period, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed. We encourage all users to take full advantage of the trial period before committing to a subscription.

Monthly Subscription Plan

For our monthly subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. No further payments will be charged, but we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
