Each plan gives you access to the S.C.A.L.E.™ system, but features vary by tier. Depending on the plan you choose, you’ll unlock tools like CRM, funnels, websites, automation, marketing, invoicing, scheduling, and more. The monthly pricing covers the software only; your VA’s weekly salary is billed separately.
Do I get a Virtual Assistant right away?
If we already have a VA that matches your requirements, we’ll endorse them to you immediately. If not, we’ll begin recruiting right away so you’re paired with the best possible fit.
What is the $500 recruitment fee for?
This one-time fee covers the process of recruiting, screening, and matching you with the right Virtual Assistant for your business.
When does my monthly billing start?
Your 7-day free trial begins at signup. Once the trial ends, your monthly software billing automatically starts at the plan you selected.
How do I know if S.C.A.L.E.™ is right for my business?

Refunds
Due to the availability of the free trial period, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed. We encourage all users to take full advantage of the trial period before committing to a subscription.
Monthly Subscription Plan
For our monthly subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. No further payments will be charged, but we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
